The Rancher begins as a single sheet of densely pressed wool felt — each fiber compacted through heat, moisture, and pressure until it becomes a material that retains its shape yet softens with every wear.

The cattleman crease is formed by hand, not by machine. A gentle pinch at the front, a slow curve along the sides — the kind of shape that requires years of craftsmanship to perfect.

Vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, cut and finished by hand. The top layer of the hide — the strongest, most durable portion.

Solid Antique Brass

Seven solid brass rivets and a brass buckle, each hand-finished to an antique patina. Selected for its warmth and ability to age gracefully.
