Engraved Silver Buckle & Studded Band

A full-grain black leather band, stitched with contrasting silver-gray thread. The buckle is cast in solid antique silver and engraved with scrolling western motifs. Alternating conical spikes and domed rivets trace the band — each piece hand-finished to a worn, lived-in patina that catches the light like a quiet threat.

Hand-Embossed Geometric Crown

The crown is hand-embossed with a repeating geometric pattern — four-pointed crosses and nested diamonds alternating in a rhythm borrowed from Navajo weaving and western saddle tooling. The embossing creates a subtle shadow play that shifts with the light, a detail that rewards close looking and sets this hat apart from plain black felt styles.

Cattleman Crease & Dense Felt

The cattleman crease is formed by hand — a deep pinch at the front, a slow curve along the sides. The dense black wool felt holds the shape with quiet authority, each fiber visible under raking light, a surface that softens and deepens with every wear. The felt is approximately four millimeters thick — substantial enough to hold its shape, supple enough to mold to the head.
